Model Answer 1

When was it?

When I was a young child, my parents and grandparents told me many tales. Others were depressing or thought-provoking, while others were amusing, exhilarating, and fairy tales. However, I'd like to share a tale with you today that my elderly grandfather told me and that illustrates the courage of a person.

Who told the story?

When I was young, I had a close relationship with my grandfather. He would frequently narrate tales to me. Moreover, the tale in discussion was genuinely intriguing.

What was the story?

The tale goes as follows: in the early 1920s, at the time of my grandfather, they lived in a village that was encircled by numerous forests. My grandparents' village was surrounded by woodlands. But if tigers hadn't also resided there and would have freely attacked their goats and animals, it wouldn't have been a problem for them. But sadly, no one in the village where my grandparents had lived had the courage to accept the challenge and slay their woodland adversaries. They made the decision to ask one of the toughest and strongest people they knew—a bodybuilder from another village—for assistance. Because he had expertise using a rifle to kill a few tigers. My grandfather's town was visited by this unidentified individual who set up a tent in a prime spot to kill the tiger. The daring hunter eventually saw a tiger in the village on the third night after waiting for a couple of nights. When the tiger hunter saw this, he rushed outside with his rifle and attempted to pull the trigger, but he was unable to do so in time. As a result, the tiger charged at him and harmed him even though it was ultimately dispatched by the rifle's bullet. Nevertheless, despite the fact that the brave hunter lost one of his ears in the process, the story was exciting since the tiger was ultimately defeated.

And explain why you liked it so much?

Nevertheless, the reason I can still vividly recall this tale is that it helped me to understand the challenging existence of a century ago. When people had to continuously contend with nature in order to survive. In addition, it taught me to be brave and strong if I had to face any challenges in the future.

Model Answer 2

When was it ?

Undeniably, I have had some great childhood memories. Today, I would like to talk about one such story that I vividly remember was shared with me during my elementary school years. I heard the story when I was only about 6 years old. By that age, I had already heard the same stories multiple times.

Who told the story?

At the age of six my parents and grandparents thought I was a grown-up to hear the same story multiple times. Thus, they thought that I no longer needed to listen to those fairytale stories any longer. Then one day, my eldest aunt shared a true story with me which I thought was not only interesting but also heartbreaking.

What was the story?

This story was about a very special bond between a horse and its owner. Anyway, this is how the story went:-The horse, which was raised and kept by his owner for almost 15 years, got lost one night from his owner’s place. But, the owner wasn’t aware of it until the next morning when he went to feed it. Naturally, the owner of the horse got very worried and sad as he failed to find his horse anywhere after searching for it for almost a week. At some points, the owner gave up on his hope to find his horse again. Then, suddenly, after a couple of years, the horse had come back to his owner, waiting for his owner at the same place from where he was lost or probably stolen. When the owner came to see it, he found that the tears were coming out of the eyes of his favourite animal. Sadly, the horse died a couple of weeks after he found his owner.

And explain why you liked it so much?

I still remember this story because it taught me that we must care for all animals. Even animals like hs have feelings that we emphasise with and address. I liked this story so much because unlike all other stories that I was narrated during my childhood, this story was different. It was not the stories of encircled fairies or demons, but instead portrayed a sweet message of how even animals share a strong bond with humans. Also, just like humans animals also possess emotions which are to be taken care of.

When was it ?

I heard a lot of stories from my parents and grandparents when I was growing up as a child. Some of those stories were funny, exciting and fairy tales while the others were sad or thought-provoking.

Who told the story?

However, today I would like to share a story here, told to me by my old grandfather, which is about the sheer bravery of a person. The story goes like this - back in the days of my grandfather in the early 1920s, they used to live in a village which was surrounded by many forests.

What was the story?

However, having forests around the village of my grandparents was not exactly an issue for them if some tigers also hadn’t lived in those forests and preyed on their cattle and goats at will. But, unfortunately, none of the villagers, where my grandparents had lived, was brave enough to take the challenge to kill their forest enemies. So, they decided to seek help from one of the strongest bodybuilders and bravest persons, they knew, from another village, who had the experience of killing a few tigers by using a rifle. This mystery person came to the village of my grandfather and set up a tent at a strategic location to kill the tiger. After waiting for a couple of nights, the brave hunter finally saw a tiger in the village on the third night. Seeing this, the tiger hunter immediately came out with his rifle and tried to pull his trigger but, unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do so in time. So, the tiger attacked him and injured him, even though it was eventually killed by the bullet from his rifle.

And explain why you liked it so much?

Anyway, it was indeed an interesting story because the brave hunter actually overpowered the tiger, even though he lost one of his ears in the process.Anyway, I still remember this story because it actually gave me a live image of the difficult life that people lived a century ago when they had to constantly struggle with nature to survive. Besides, it also taught me to be strong and brave if I really needed to face any challenge in my life.
