Model Answer 1

Name of the Environmental Problem

Not just in my nation but all throughout the world, there are a number of major environmental issues. I've been asked to address a specific environmental problem, so I'll talk about air pollution. India's air quality index is not as high as it ought to be. It is rapidly deteriorating, which is contributing to the frightening rate at which global warming is accelerating. The only reason that pollution levels in the nation are exceedingly rising is because of us, the human race. The biggest contributor to pollution is the growth rate of factories, industries, the IT sector, etc. Other factors contributing to this include population growth, car smoke, and more.

Describe the environmental problem of our country

It is no surprise that so many of us are facing breathing issues today. From adults to infants everyone is affected by this exceeding rate of pollution. People are into burning fossil fuels, garbage, all of which mix up in the air and cause deadly toxins to float in the air, which is further causing serious health issues. These are the causes of chronic diseases and heart problems. The most affected state by all this is the capital city of India- Delhi. In Delhi, the air quality index is extremely low.

Different types of air pollution

Even after strict policies, people do not abide by the rules, which is why we are facing such an issue and are also at the brunt of it. Due to our carelessness, the environment is filled up with different types of detrimental air pollutants that are created in the air like carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, and different chemical reactions are formed in the air which further create aerosols. It is only we who can save our planet. Thus, we must be prudent and take care of the environment and mother nature.

Model Answer 2

Name of the Environmental Problem

There are several threats to the environment, including pollution, deforestation, flash floods, etc. My country of residence is Thailand, where deforestation is the main issue. The environment is under grave peril as a result of it. Large tracts of forest are burned to make way for fields, buildings, etc., and this is known as deforestation. To produce mushrooms for themselves, farmers in this area are clearing enormous tracts of forestland.

Describe the environmental problem of our country

However, the constant cutting down of these forests is resulting in climatic changes, which is again an invitation of great threat to us. Trees and forests play an important role in maintaining a balance in the ecosystem, and we are inadvertently hampering it. It would only lead to unexpected floods, droughts, and other environmental disasters. The reason behind the growing deforestation is economic gains. Farmers find it a lucrative business to grow mushrooms and sell them in the market.

Different types of air pollution

Additionally, there is no proper monitoring of such activities. Had these been monitored properly, it would have reduced the percentage of burnt forests in the country. The government should take strict actions against this and fix a certain time of the year for mushroom cultivation. They should also promote people to plant more and more trees so that the environmental imbalance is restored.

Model Answer 3

Name of the Environmental Problem

Today, there are very few nations in the world that are not dealing with significant environmental issues. When it comes to my country, the excessive heat in some areas is the biggest issue it is now experiencing. It is a result of the consequences of global warming. Water contamination brought on by hazardous industrial and plastic waste is still another issue. It poses a threat to the air and water, resulting in significant problems like air and water pollution. In India, the temperature rise is at its highest. To combat the rising temperatures and rising water pollution, the government has implemented a number of regulations.

Describe the environmental problem of our country

Some of these include planting more trees, dredging the rivers and lakes so that they keep the temperatures low during the hot season. There has also been a ban on some fossil-fuels-based companies as they emit a lot of carbon in the atmosphere, (which is a greenhouse again). Increasing levels of carbon in the atmosphere are causing the greenhouse effect, thus the temperature rises in the country.

Different types of air pollution

Finally, my government is also trying its best to increase awareness about the dangers of environmental problems among its citizens. These actions might not bring quick results but it is certainly a step forward. People now have stopped burning garbage bags, or the dump of garbage which is again a factor for temperature hikes in the country. If we follow the plans laid out by the government properly we are sure to conquer this adversity as well.
