Model Answer 1

When you went there?

To be really honest, I enjoy travelling and discovering new locations. Today, I'd like to share a story of a three-day trip my family and I took. I had intended to travel to Shimla, which is situated in the Himachal Pradesh state, with other members of my family.

Where it is?

My hometown is 400 kilometres away. We'll drive there. It was our first trip, after COVID and we took pleasure in Shimla's beauty as well as the summertime snowfall in Himachal Pradesh. When we got there, we reserved a room in the hotel. After that, we made the decision to eat lunch because we were all feeling tired and hungry after the seven-hour drive. After lunch, we all took naps to relax our bodies. In the evening, my entire family and I visited the tourist attractions where we went paragliding and boating and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

What you did do there?

We made the decision to visit a well-known Hindu temple, which is located on Shimla's highest hill, on the second day. We reserved a taxi to travel there, made our obeisances, and then relaxed for a while. Likewise, when I was atop the hill, I shut out the natural world. The Lakkad Bazaar, which is also well-known in Shimla, is where we went on the third day because it was filled with a lot of items made from wood, including the wooden candle stand I use for my dinner table and other items that are used as home decor.

And explain why you went there?

Being completely honest, both my family and I will remember this vacation fondly. Although my father had a business meeting, which is why we returned home, I had planned to stay there for a few more days. All in all, I've been planning a trip there for a few days with my mother recently, and if my family is ready, we'll go there to take part in all those activities once more.

Model Answer 2

When you went there?

Today I want to tell about how I got to Meghalaya. Most people travel to North India, however after my exams, I convinced my family to visit North-East India. I made the decision to go after reading about Meghalaya and the best spots to travel. I was so intrigued by The Tourist's location and reviews that we made the decision to book a trip to Meghalaya for February.

Where it is?

Northeastern India contains the state of Meghalaya. To create this state, Assam was partitioned into two districts.

What you did do there?

My family and I took a flight from my birthplace to Kolkata, where we subsequently took a train to Guwahati.

After that, we checked into a motel and left for Shillong the following morning. The distance between Shillong and Guwahati is about 100 kilometres. We checked in with the guest house's rules when we got to Shillong at 6 a.m. I read the same article on this hotel before the trip. The hotel had a wonderful garden and was designed more like a homestay. After an hour's rest, we had our lunch. Jalebi and puri bhaji were delicious. The well-known Elephant Falls was our next destination. It is one of the most well-liked tourist attractions in Shillong.

This three-tiered building received its name from the presence of an elephant-shaped rock. However, this was absorbed and washed away as a result of the 1897 earthquake. Everyone around us was taking pictures because it's a terrific location for photography. We're eager to witness the peacefulness and beauty of the lake. Then, we continued on to Shillong Peak. This summit, which rises to a height of about 1965 metres above sea level, is Shillong's highest point. From this amazing vantage point, we were stunned to see the entire city. There were also telescopes available for bird observation. We spent almost an hour here.

And explain why you went there?

This is a really secret place, and right now would be a wonderful time to unwind and take in the wonders of nature. It's a great location for watching the sun set as well. We then went back to our hotel to unwind before going to sleep. We decided to start our day early to Umiam Lake to enjoy the beautiful sunrise vista. The location of this lake is 15 kilometres north of Shillong. To witness this natural wonder, our local expert suggested that we travel there. We decided to go even though we had to get up early because I adore the outdoors.

Model Answer 3

When you went there?

I want to talk about my recent journey to Kerala today. In September of this year, we went. Kerala is a state in southern India. It is well recognised for a variety of things, including spice tea and a tropical climate. Additionally, of all the states, it has the highest literacy rate. I flew on September 15, 2019, and I arrived the following day. On the plane, I read a magazine about Kerala. I learned about Kerala and how people there refer to it as "God's own nation."

Where it is?

Between the Arabian Sea and the last Western Ghats, this state is situated. In addition to numerous other elements, there are rivers, lagoons, woods, wildlife backwaters, and beaches.

What you did do there?

For the upcoming day, we checked into a motel. Since the weather was fantastic, we decided to visit Kovalam Beach. Our time there was great. On the beach, we lazed around, played in the water, and constructed sandcastles. Immediately after that, we made our way to the hotel. The stage will host a traditional dance performance from Kerala at 8:00 p.m., as we discovered there. After we had done eating, we went to see the performance. To the background of soothing music, we observed a range of graceful dancers performing Kathakali and other ancient dances.

And explain why you went there?

The following day, we left towards Peerumedu Hills. It is an exquisite hill station in Kerala and a haven for environment lovers. We left Peerumedu and arrived in Kuttikanam throughout our journey. Even though it was only a little over three kilometres long, it was jam-packed with breathtaking and unique sceneries, including tea plantations, pine woods, breathtaking views, and much more. The day after that was a holy day, so we went to 20 different temples. They include the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, the Chottanikkara temple, the Thali temple, the Tirunelveli temple, and other temples.
