What was it?

I have always been a fan of Arjun Kanungo, who has sung some of the most amazing songs in India. I was lucky enough to attend his performance in a live event that was held in one of the colleges in the city. His performance started from 6pm in the evening and ended at around 11pm at night. The entire audience were having fun and dancing and singing with him the whole night. The event was a successful one with Arjun being the special guest. It was a college fest where Arjun Kanungo was invited by the Students’ union of the college.

When did you watch it?

Last week, on a Friday night, we went to another college in the city to watch the performance of Arjun Kanungo. Since it was a college fest, our college was also invited to perform in different competitions. We stayed till the fest ended to enjoy ourselves. Also, I wouldn’t have missed the chance to watch Arjun Kanungo perform in front of me.

Who you were with?

I was with one of my college friends as we were the representatives from our college and we were able to attend the entire performance till the end. We enjoyed Arjun's performance a lot and it was a great experience.

Why did you watch it and how did you feel about it?

I have been an Arjun Kanungo fan for years and have listened to all of his songs. I have loved him and I admire him for his personality, his voice as well as songs which are beautifully written and composed. Being an ardent fan, it was important for me to watch his performance and fulfil my dream to see him perform and I checked on my bucket list. I felt thrilled and extremely happy seeing him perform. I was even able to convince one of the members from the event to help me get an autograph and a picture with him. It was one of the happiest moments in my life.

What was it?

Recently, I watched a performance with an emerging singer in the city. His name was Safina and she was one of the singers in the restaurant we went to. She sang different types of songs from contemporary romantics to aesthetic jazz. From Bollywood to Hollywood, she sings, intertwining them with one another in the most beautiful versions. I was extremely impressed by her performance and it was indeed a great evening and experience for me.

When did you watch it?

I watched it two days back when I went to Mumbai with my friends and it was dinner time when we decided to go for an aesthetic cafe where we might be able to enjoy and vibe pleasantly. I was extremely mesmerised by her performance with her entire band of 5 people. Since we had late dinner at 10pm at night, we found her playing her music for a long time. Her timings we noticed were from 9pm to 1am till the restaurant remains open.

Who you were with?

I was with four of my friends with whom I came to the city to spend our week-long vacation. It had been an exciting trip and the restaurant’s food and the music of the girl was enchanting. It was a lovely experience as such.

Why did you watch it and how did you feel about it?

Considering we chose the restaurant because of its famous Japanese cuisine and its enchanting ambience that it is known for, we watched the performance of the girl with immense interest. I felt extremely happy and mesmerised by her performance.

What was it?

There is a performance that I recently watched and I was thrilled with the experience that I had. I went to Goa with two of my friends on my birthday week. Both of them surprised me with tickets to the live show of K.K., one of my most favourite singers that I have grown up listening to. I was excited with the gift and couldn’t wait to watch his performance. K.K. is one of the most renowned singers of Bollywood and has given it the best romantic and friendliest songs. Watching his performance and seeing him live made my entire birthday evening special.

When did you watch it?

It was just last Sunday, on the day of my birthday, that I went to watch the performance of K.K. in a live field show. Goa was organising one of its festivals and it is where he was invited to perform. It was held near the beach side in open air and the entire ambience was extremely soothing and wonderful. His performance made it more refreshing.

Who you were with?

I went with two of my friends from my office and it was an extremely wonderful trip to Goa. the surprise was unexpected and it is the best gift I could ever get. From mocktails to dancing and even to enjoying the performance of K.K the entire evening was splendid. Watching my favourite singer perform was a dream come true for me.

Why did you watch it and how did you feel about it?

I went to watch the performance because it was my dream to see him perform once in my life and my friends made it happen for me. Being a surprise gift on my birthday, I could not have missed the chance of seeing him perform right in front of me. I was extremely happy and excited to see his performance. My heart was thrilled and I felt I was on cloud nine to see him in front of me.
