Answer 1

Where it is?

Central Green Park, which is situated close to the Cultural Center in the center of the city, is one park I would love to discuss. It is quite spacious and exquisitely designed, with flowerbeds, well-kept walking trails, and a small lake that draws lots of tourists all year long.

How can you go there?

Getting there is quite easy for me. I usually take a bus from my house, and it takes around fifteen minutes because there are a few stops near the park. On weekends, if the weather is pleasant, I prefer to cycle there, as the road is shaded by trees and the ride itself feels very relaxing.

How frequently you go there?

I normally visit the park three to four times a week. After my classes, I like to go for a slow walk in the evening to clear my head. Sometimes I just plug in my earphones and enjoy the view, and other times I sit with my friends near the lake, and we talk while watching the sunset

And explain why this is your favorite park.

This park is my favorite because it gives me a proper break from the noise and stress of the city. The greenery, the cool breeze, and the sound of birds instantly make me feel calm. It also has a jogging track, a small outdoor gym, and a play area, so it’s a good place for both fitness and relaxation. Most importantly, spending time there makes me feel closer to nature and helps me stay positive and refreshed.

Answer 2

Where it is?

Lodhi Gardens is situated in a prominent, central location in New Delhi, specifically on Lodhi Road, close to the diplomatic area. It's not just a contemporary park; it's a historical gem. Within its expansive grounds, you find several stunning architectural structures, including the tombs of rulers from the 15th-century Lodhi dynasty. This blend of manicured natural beauty and ancient history is what truly sets it apart.

How can you go there?

Getting to Lodhi Gardens is quite convenient. I usually go on the weekends, so I prefer to drive, as there is a designated parking area right outside. For those using public transport, the park is easily accessible via the Jor Bagh Metro Station on the Yellow Line. From there, it’s just a short distance, which you can cover either by taking an auto-rickshaw or by enjoying a pleasant 15-minute walk.

How frequently you go there?

Since I don’t live very close, I go there around twice a month, usually on a Saturday or Sunday morning. I try to reach by about 6:30 or 7 a.m. when the weather is pleasant and there aren’t many people around. That time of the day feels peaceful and perfect for a walk or light exercise.

And explain why this is your favorite park.

It’s my favourite park for a few reasons. First, the moment you enter, the traffic noise almost disappears and it feels very quiet and spacious. Second, walking or running around those old tombs almost feels like exercising inside an open museum, which is really inspiring. After my walk or run, I like to sit in a nearby café, have a coffee and a light breakfast, so it becomes a very relaxing start to my weekend.

Answer 3

Where it is?

One of my favorite places in my city is Nehru Park, located in the heart of the city’s residential area. It’s one of the largest and most popular parks here, filled with lush green lawns, colorful flower beds, and tall trees that provide plenty of shade. The park also has a jogging track, a small pond, and a children’s play area, which makes it lively throughout the day.

How can you go there?

I usually go there by bicycle since it’s only about fifteen minutes away from my house. There’s also a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible even for people who live farther away.

How frequently you go there?

I visit the park at least three or four times a week, mostly in the early morning or evening when the weather is pleasant. I enjoy going for walks, doing some light exercise, or simply sitting on a bench to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.

And explain why this is your favorite park.

This park is my favourite because it really helps me switch off from my busy schedule. The fresh air, the greenery, and the sound of birds make me feel relaxed and refreshed. I often bump into neighbours or friends there, and having a small chat with them also makes the place feel warm and familiar.
