Model Answer 1

What it is?

Everyone makes mistakes. Making errors serves as a springboard for innovation and success. Everybody makes mistakes in life, including me. I'd want to discuss one of the most significant errors I've ever made. In my life, I made a significant error. I left my cell phone behind after withdrawing cash. I had to purchase a new cellphone. During the Corona lockdown, cell phone became a necessity for students.  I took all of my classes and took all of my examinations online. After I misplaced my technological device, I experienced extreme disappointment and depression. It became quite challenging for me to get a new one as the days were running out of money and under constraints. For a day, I was unable to tell my parents about the experience. I told my mother the same thing with a little bravery and conviction. She and my dad had a similar conversation and decided to buy a new one with additional features. I placed an internet order and received it the following day.

I looked at many models online. I intended to buy a model that was more affordable and had a lot of features. I came across several versions made by well-known firms that were affordable and had features. In the end, I decided to go with a Chinese model. It is inexpensive and offers lots of functions. After hearing a brief explanation of my decision, my parents also agreed with it. I received the item quickly. I began utilizing it.

After a few days, I noticed that the set was regularly hanging and resuming by itself. The audio and camera equipment had a problem. I visited a number of mobile repair businesses, but to my disappointment, there were no spare parts available on the market. The phone had neither a warranty nor an opportunity to be fixed in a nearby store. I understood that I had made a serious error.

How did you feel about it?

A mobile set without a guarantee or repairability was a waste of time and money. Always trust well-known firms with warranties and readily available replacement parts. I've lost a lot of time studying and have suffered mentally as a result of one mistake.

Model Answer 2

What it is?

Every person makes mistakes at some point in their life. Without making mistakes, new knowledge cannot be gained and improvement cannot be made. There is not a single person in the entire world who is mistake-free. Everything relies on how you respond to it. It can foster innovation and success if used properly. Negative approaches result in depression and failure. So mistakes are advantageous to those who think positively. I want to chat with you about a recent error I made. When it came to treating burns and other injuries brought on by flaming firecrackers, I knew very little. Additionally, I was unsure of how to handle such mishaps.

When did you make it?

I was dealing with the most popular firecracker, 'anar', on the day of last Diwali. I was having fun burning sound-producing bombs in my palm. Unfortunately, it suddenly exploded and the expansion of air produced shock waves that crossed my palm. So it injured my palm. Fortunately, it did not cause any harm to my lungs, liver, and eardrums.

The greatest mistake that I committed was while taking first aid. I used toothpaste, ink, and mustard oil on the burnt skin, all over the injured part. Later I covered it with a gloss. Later I found that it caused coagulative necrosis. I consulted a doctor, he suggested I use anesthetic ointment. If I had not consulted the doctor I would have lost my hand due to a septic infection

How did you feel about it?

I got tense about what would happen to my hand. The color of the skin was turning black, bloating with a lot of tingling sensation in it. I did and know how to manage such burning injuries. I should have known about precautions while using such dangerous crackers and the proper first aid to be taken after any such incident happens. If the degree of burning is more than 10%. I should have avoided self-medication and consulted the doctor immediately. It is always advisable to consult a doctor so that was a bad time when I made such a dangerous mistake.

Model Answer 3

What it is?

I feel every human being commits a number of mistakes and remembers the same for many a year. It helps to ameliorate the methods and keep people on the right track toward success. One such mistake was made by me. I forgot to carry my admit card to the examination hall.

When Did You Make it?

I remember it was my botany exam at another college center in mid-April. As soon as I realized the mistake of not carrying the admit card. I was at the entrance when I realized that I had forgotten I admit card. Fortunately, my brother was there, a bit away from the gate. I gestured for him to stop. I came back to running. I told him about the mistake I made. We informed the same in-charge there. He suggested my brother go and bring the admit card from home immediately. After an hour or so my brother brought it and sent it through the watchman to the exam hall. As I had already taken permission, I was allowed to continue with the exam process.

How does it affect You?

It was the first and last day in my life to forget my admit card for any exam. I have been clipping the admit card first to the exam pad, then I go for doing other things. I read every point given in the instructions on the admit card. Even in the exam hall, I have been a little bit cautious about other things also. A check my roll number, medium, subject, question paper, answer sheet everything before starting to write an exam. I conclude the writing of the exam a few minutes before the actual end time and go through hall ticket numbers, question numbers, and so on. Someday, just a mistake changed my entire attitude towards appearing in an exam.

How did you feel about it?

I felt very ashamed of myself at that moment, but it has become a standard of my procedure later to check everything before leaving to write an exam. I feel as a human that it is okay to commit mistakes once in a while but to recur the same again and again is stupidity. To become a good personality we have to learn from our mistakes.
