I've been working for quite some time. In the year 2008, I began my professional career. Many organizations used to visit our institute to hire freshers when I was studying my post-graduate diploma in Travel and Tourism. During campus placement, I was fortunate enough to land my first job. Abercrombie and Kent destination management, one of the most reputable organizations in the travel industry, hired me.

When you did this job?

Their head office is in New York, and they manage other offices throughout the world.Everyone in the travel industry harbors a secret desire to work for this reputable organization. It is an inbound travel agency with headquarters in the USA that offers all travel amenities to its customers. I was given the chance to work for them in their Delhi office, which is close to Delhi Haat. Even though I was a trainee there, higher ups always acknowledged and valued the job I produced.

What you did in this job?

I was in charge of all travel arrangements for their foreign delegates who came from all over the world to attend seminars and conferences. This employment allowed me to meet people from various ethnic backgrounds. This not only increased my public speaking confidence, but also acquainted me with many various languages.

No other job could have provided me with such exposure at the start of my career. It was a watershed moment in my career that guided me to the right route. I had a great time at work.
