Model Answer 1

Where do you go?

I like traveling to beautiful places because it grants me the permission to traverse new places and encounter new things occurring globally. I went off on a Geological field trip with my friends and teachers around nine months ago to Tawang. My friends and I don’t get time to visit such places with each other continually due to our busy college schedules. We, along with our teachers, decided to take a long Geological road trip from Kolkata to Tawang.

How did you travel?

Twelve of our friends decided to come along, so we managed two Mahindra XUV cars accordingly for the trip. Everyone was requested by our teacher to meet at the college campus on the scheduled date so that we can set our voyage without getting delayed. However, due to extreme traffic gridlock which was unacceptable, everyone was late for the meet-up. Thus, our well-scheduled trip began after significant adversity. However, because the destined location of the trip was set amidst beautiful tall Himalayan mountains, it was a blissful and mind-blending experience for me. For a few hours after we entered the city called Tezpur, everything was operating well, and everyone was enjoying the trip.

Why did you go on the journey?

Suddenly, our journey was interrupted by a tragic accident. The first car in the lineup came to a complete stop because a car fell off the mountain. While taking a turn on the mountainous curvy road. The rest of the cars and army trucks smashed because they were out of control of their speed. After that, everyone felt crestfallen and insecure. After that, the frisson of the trip passed by, and towards the termination of the journey, we just contemplated reaching our destination without any loss.

Model Answer 2

Where did you go?

The most beneficial part of a journey is that it enhances our practical knowledge about a place that we can’t gather by studying it over the internet and books. So, people like to travel as it provides relaxation from the busy schedule along with knowledge. But every journey does not turn out to be good and the traveler faces many issues while completing that particular journey which becomes hard to forget.

How did you travel?

Recently I have made a train journey and it became a memorable one since it was the first time I was traveling by train. I want to join an Upanayanam Thread ceremony of one of my bosom friends who had passed his school days with me. We woke up early in the morning, cooked our food to be carried on the train for breakfast purposes. But unknowingly the train was delayed by half an hour. We all climbed to the train to finalize our cabin, and after some minutes the journey began.

Why did you go on the journey?

I had always heard that a train journey is always memorable. So when my friends and their family members planned the trip, I was the first person to jump excited. I would like to say that it was one of the most interesting and thrilling experiences of my entire life till now. It was daylight when the train started and luckily I managed to get a seat next to the window. The trees and hills were passing us at rapid speed and brightened distant localities appeared a refreshing sight to my eyes. The deep relaxation I felt on that journey can’t be expressed in words.

Model Answer 3

Where did you travel?

It was probably early December 2019 when I got a call from my friend that she had given birth to a beautiful baby twin. That was indeed a piece of very memorable news as this was the first baby twins among my friends. I straight away went back home from my office to give this superb and happy news to other friends. My friends were equally excited and they arranged to visit the newborn on the following day. It was more than a 24 hours’ journey and we started in the late-night by train.

How did you travel?

We went to the local train station located opposite my home and luckily got seven first-class reserved seats on the train. I am very fond of the train journey as it gives me the freedom to read books pleasantly, and enjoy the meal in the train cafeteria. I enjoy walking in different compartments of the train, and buying books and magazines. I especially remember the journey as my friends were with me because this was for the first time we were going on a long journey together.

Why did you go on the journey?

The excitement and craziness to see the newborn twins and the new baby also made it a pleasurable journey and recalling that journey gives me a feeling of nostalgia. That was so humorous that we ended our journey with a mixed emotion of loud laughter and giggles unknowingly disturbing the passengers near us.
