What was the service?
It has become increasingly hard to find in recent years, at least in the locations where I reside, to receive outstanding service from a person who is connected to a business or establishment. Despite this infrequent occurrence, we occasionally "accidentally" experience exceptional service, which makes us feel exceptionally honoured and respected. One of the managers of the Walmart store gave me excellent customer service.
When you received it?
I was unsure of what kind of gift to get my niece while I was looking for a great birthday present for her at Walmart. In the end, I gave her a book.
Who you were with?
In order to get a present for my niece's upcoming birthday, which is coming up soon, I went there with one of my friends. The quality of service I experienced at this store was exceptional. As soon as I entered the store, I started looking for everything and everything. The salesgirl's uninvited assistance was gratefully received. As soon as I replied yes, she started presenting numerous items, explaining their history, use, and price.
And how you felt about it?
She inquired about my niece's age, preferences, and expectations, and I thought she did it in a very professional manner. Apart from that, she was very helpful and understanding. The store manager approached me a short while later and presented me a few options based on my niece's age and interests. The degree of support shown by the salesperson and management amazed me. The knowledge, salesmanship, and customer service provided by this store were great. When I paid, the manager even gave me a discount. They assisted me in finding the ideal present for my niece, which made me very happy.

What was the service?
Many firms deal with challenges associated with customer service and it is due to inappropriate staff training and management. Because I've used a lot of services throughout the years. But today, I'd like to discuss my recent dining experience at a restaurant where I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I took advantage of their newly launched table service, which allows customers to order from self-service kiosks or mobile phones, customize their burgers before placing their order, and avoid the front counters entirely. This was the method I used. The food is brought to the table by the wait staff.
When you received it?
Actually, my manager's birthday was celebrated last week. The McD's in Chandigarh was chosen as the venue for the event.
Who you were with?
Our excitement was palpable as a result of this. Some of my friends and coworkers accompanied me. When we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by polite, personable, and attentive waiters. Because of this, they made us feel at ease. Our server then inquired if we were utilizing any digital payment services, and I responded with a resounding yes. After that, he went over table service that was fast, contactless, and completely customizable. In the end, I was able to place the order without having to get up from my chair, thanks to his expert guidance. We devoured burgers, fries, and soft drinks like hogs until our bellies were stuffed to the brim.
And how you felt about it?
I was aware that McDonald's constantly takes into account the needs of their customers. The new standards of social separation made me happy to see my favorite restaurant adapting. Happy with the service I received, I awarded it 5 stars out of 5. We took a lot of photos inside the restaurant, and the service was the greatest I've ever had. This is a memory I'll never forget.
My favorite thing to do is eat at McDonald's, and I will tell you that at the end. What it means to live a civilized life to me is to go out with friends and strangers, get fries and burgers, and be surrounded by people you don't know.

What was the service?
The most difficult part of my life has been figuring out what to wear. Because I grew up in an environment where I was given clothes by others, I never learned how to shop for myself. After moving for work, I had to buy all of my own clothing for the first time. That was a terrible thing to do, and it irritated me when I went to the mall to buy anything. Asked if there was anything they could do, the individuals surrounding offered suggestions, and I simply went to check them out. I spent nearly two hours looking around the entire mall for clothes before settling on a few options. It didn't take me long to discover that I had a whole different desire all together.
When you received it?
My experience with the cashier at that location was excellent. He told me to go out and grab those clothes, and if I wanted to, I could get them changed the next day. And I did the same, as well.
Who you were with?
On the third day, I went back to the business and asked for a refund. At this particular store, the cashier and his crew were able to assist me in finding the appropriate clothing. Because this is my first time shopping for clothing, they were incredibly understanding and patient with me. This was the first business that I fell in love with after spending hours attempting to find the perfect outfit for myself. More than most others, the people there were kind and patient with me.
And how you felt about it?
As they sat patiently, they even offered advice on what looks nice and what doesn't for me. “It was probably your first time, so it must have been difficult for you”, one of them added as I walked away. “Try new things, even if they are scary or uncomfortable at first.” Those words have been with me my entire life.
