How did you meet him/her?

Sejal and I have been friends since the fifth grade. Since then, she has been my closest buddy. Together, we have learned, danced, and even experienced some difficult times. And throughout everything, she stuck by my side. She urged me to believe in my own ability. And it was because of her that I was able to develop my personality to its fullest potential.

How do other people behave towards him/her?

Sejal was an all-rounder when it came to my friend's interests, objectives, and aspirations. She was a standout student and a goal-scoring football player. She was an accomplished dancer who preferred Kathak. She is currently working on an arts degree, which will enable her to pursue both her academic and extracurricular interests. The students looked up to her as a leader in the classroom, on the dance team, and as the captain of the women's football squad. She is treated with respect by other pupils, whether they are in fifth or sixth grade or even her own age, in my opinion, because of her kindness.

Explain the reason he/she is a good leader?

The way Sejal can sacrifice everything for her friends without making them feel inferior. She stands out because of this. Add a succinct ending to your response to complete it. Sejal is an excellent leader because she is nice to everyone, even the most helpless ones, and has the power to lift people up. She has the capacity to speak with greater clarity. When working on group projects or playing a team sport, Sejal makes sure she can inspire her teammates.

How did you meet him/her?

I met Shubham when I was in 10th standard at my school. He came to our school looking highly enthusiastic as well as being quite outshone. He had the ability to influence and convince others through his speech. Within two months, he became our class prefect. He was also the captain of the volleyball team in our school. In group projects, he was a brilliant team player and has been an excellent team leader as well.

How do other people behave towards him?

The most important thing in a leader is to persuade people to listen and inspire. To be honest, Shubham has been the guy who is extremely persuasive and people are attentive when he speaks. With his kind and helpful nature, he always had the ability to make people happy and his determination and excellence in tasks made him the best.

How do you know he/she is a good leader?

Shubham is my co-intern at ‘Hands That Help’, an NGO that works for orphaned children. We work in the same team along with 5 other students. Working in a team of 7 members, coordinating with each of them & making sure that everyone is in sync takes a lot of effort. And Subham is well-equipped with this. Shubham puts visible effort in everything that he does & it inspires other team members to rise to the occasion. His compassion for the underprivileged & relentless work toward this cause makes him a good leader.

How did you meet him/her?

I have known her since the day she moved in as my neighbor. She is impeccable when it comes to leading by example. Being childhood friends, we have seen each other grow into two amazing individuals. While I wished to pursue higher studies, she always wanted to serve the public by preparing for UPSC. She cleared prelims in her first attempt & is now preparing for the next stage. Being neighbors, we shared a bond, unlike anyone.

How do other people behave towards him/her?

While in school and in college, Akanksha always knew she was standing up for the right things within the college times. She was kind and respectful towards others which made her receive kindness and respect from others too.

How do you know she is a good leader?

Growing up, I had seen her passion to change the world for the better. She believed in principles of justice & equality & that’s why opted to study social sciences in school. Her leadership qualities came to light when she went on to become the head girl by beating 12 other equally amazing participants. Everyone has the desire to change the world but only a few people act on it. Akanksha is one of them. She led a 40-member prefectorial board in school & is now on her way to becoming an IAS officer. She is a leader whom the world will look up to, just like I do.
