When did you watch it?

I'm delighted I've been asked to speak on this subject because I enjoy Hollywood movies. I adore Hollywood movies because the writing, cinematography, and other aspects are all top-notch. I watch any action, thriller, or horror movie in my free time. These are some of the genres I enjoy the most. Fast and Furious was one of the foreign movies I watched about five or six years ago.

What was it about?

With my cousins, I had seen this movie in the theatre. This movie was unique since it was the first action movie I had seen in 3-D in a theatre. Watching a movie in 3-D is a remarkable experience. In addition, I like Paul Walker. Among the Fast and Furious cast, he was my favourite actor. Unfortunately, it turned out to be Paul Walker's final movie because he passed away in an accident while the movie was being made. The Fast and Furious Gang chases a Somalian terrorist to seize a device in the centre of the movie. A weapon is known as "The God's Eye" could make any electronic device a weapon.

Explain how far you liked this film?

The movie has flawless action scenes. I still enjoyed the movie even though some of the action scenes were overdone. The movie also shows a close relationship between Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and the other team members. As a result, the flawless action scenes, stunning backdrops, and engaging plot, particularly the portrayal of a close friendship, made me like this movie even more. My favourite movies are the ones that convey a positive message. It was about more than simply friendship; it was also about how erratic life can be. It's important not to be terrified of obstacles. In truth, difficulties must be met with courage and positivity.

When did you watch it?

I watched it when I was a kid. We have been told little stories about it. I was very curious to get to know the complete story. As a kid, I always loved movies full of magic and adventure. I love watching romantic and fantasy genres.

What was it about?

Beauty and the Beast was a French-German production and what I liked about this film the most are the romantic aspects of the film. As it was a French-German production, the movie is called La Belle et la Bête in French. Now I do not understand French much, but am aware of the basics. Moreover, I watched the movie using subtitles. The actors in the film are all French or German. I liked this film as the storyline is based on a traditional fairy tale. Also, the film was based on the book written by French Novelist Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve and was published in 1970.

Explain how far you liked this film?

The storyline of the film revolves around a widower merchant’s younger daughter Beauty, who is extremely beautiful, kind, and well-read. She falls in love with a Beast in Castle but later learns that the beast and the price of the castle are the same people. The film also depicts the efforts Belle made to save her father’s life. The cinematography of the film is good, the actors have acted very well, and the visuals are to die for. The film also has different versions, thus, the storyline may not be as in the novel. I thoroughly enjoyed this film and it also gave me a chance to enhance my French a little more.

When did you watch it?

Watching films is one of the best ways to relax. I don't restrict myself to a particular genre. In fact, I watch every film that has a good storyline. I usually try to watch foreign films, as it helps me to know about different cultures and learn new languages. Thus, recently I watched a film called IP Man. I watched this movie about six months ago with my family. We watched it on a weekend as everyone is extremely busy on weekdays.

What was it about?

The storyline of the film revolves around a Martial Arts Teacher called IP Man. IP Man was a Chinese martial Artist and a grandmaster of the martial art Wing Chun. As the film’s plot is the biography of an IP man.

Explain how far you liked this film?

It was somewhat boring, but what I liked about the film was how it correctly depicted the life of a Martial Arts Teacher. He had several students under his auspice, the famous one being Bruce Lee. Now, the film was in Cantonese, so we had to watch it with subtitles. Directed by Wilson Yip, the film shows various events of his life – how he survived, how he fought with his enemies, and more. Donnie Yen, a famous Hong Kong-based artist played the role of Ip Man in the movie. The preparation for the film began in 1998, yet the film was released in 2008. Additionally, what I liked about the film was its 1930s backdrop. I love watching classic movies and this movie was something along similar lines. The 1930s was the peak time when martial arts became highly popular. The film also reveals how IP Man opened his own Wing Chun school later in the movie. Even though the film was not dubbed in English or Hindi, I and my family thoroughly enjoyed the film. From then on we made a point to watch classics or any other genre on weekends.
