I am a sport loving person and love all kinds of sports. It is the biggest source of entertainment for me. In this essay, I would like to talk about my favorite athlete whom I have known. He is Virat Kholi.

How do you know him/her?

He was my senior in school. I have always admired him and knew that he would be a great cricketer some day. He used to play in the school team and also played for the state level cricket team. I have seen him practice and become a great cricketer.

What has he/she achieved?

Virat Kholi is one of the most talented batsmen in the world. He has broken many records and achieved heights. He has hundreds of records in all formats of cricket. He is extremely athletic and agile. This makes him one of the best fielders in the world. His aggression on the field towards the opposing team is one to look out for. His performance as a cricketer has set examples. He is the inspiration of many aspiring cricketers. He spends hours in the gym and on the field. His dedication towards cricket has made him one of the best batsmen of the world.

Why is he/she famous?

He is famous because of his skills that he has developed as a cricketer. His young and youthful nature has gained him followers on social media. He is famous because of his run scoring skills. I am a sport loving person and love all kinds of sports.I have been playing all kinds of sports myself. I love all types of sportspeople. My favorite among all sports is football. The one athlete that I idolize is Christiano Ronaldo. He has been my favorite since he started playing.

I have known him through a friend who is a reporter. I once visited the Olympics to see the race. I met Usian Bolt there. My friend introduced me and I was shocked by his height.
