  • how to cook it
  • and tell if this is an easy dish to cook or not.

Answer 1:

what the ingredients are?

Veggie pulao is one of the most common dishes I know how to prepare well; it's really simple and very tasty to eat. It includes basmati rice, mixed vegetables like carrots, beans, peas, potatoes, onions, green chilies, ginger, whole spices like bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, and basic seasoning like salt and oil or ghee.

where you learned it?

I learned how to cook this dish while watching my mother prepare it in her spare time on weekends and special occasions. Gradually, I started assisting her in the kitchen, where she patiently explained each step, making it easier for me to learn.

how to cook it?

I wash and soak the rice for about 20 minutes to cook vegetable pulao. Next, heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker or pan and add whole spices to give an aromatic flavor. Slice the onions and sauté until golden brown, then add ginger and green chilies. Then add chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. Add soaked rice to this mixture, followed by water and salt. The cooking is complete when the rice is soft and fluffy.

and tell if this is an easy dish to cook or not?

Vegetable pulao I find to be an easy dish to cook, especially for beginners. There are no complicated techniques required, no unnecessarily over usage of spices is needed, and it's quick in its preparation. With little practice, any individual will be confidently able to prepare this dish.

Answer 2:

what the ingredients are?

One dish that I know the recipe to cook very confidently is masala omelette. This dish is a very popular breakfast dish and can be easily prepared. The list of ingredients needed to make this dish includes eggs, onions, green chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and some oil or butter.

where you learned it?

This dish I learned to make during college times, when I began to cook for myself. I used to watch videos on how to cook it, and then finally, it became easy for me to do so.

how to cook it?

To make masala omelets, I first break the eggs into a bowl and Beat them well. Then, I add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices like salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Mixing all these well, I proceed with heating the pan. After that, I add oil or Butter to the pan. Once the pan is heated, I pour the egg mixture into it. I make sure that the egg mixture is spread evenly. Then, I cook it on medium heat. After flipping the omelet, I make it golden.

and tell if this is an easy dish to cook or not?

I think that it is a rather easy dish to prepare. It takes no more than ten minutes and does not call for qualified culinary skills in the process of preparation. This dish can be prepared even by a person with no culinary experience. In addition to that, it is rather healthy and can be prepared in different ways according to individual preferences, so it is one of my favorite dishes to prepare.

Answer 3:

what the ingredients are?

One dish I am familiar with is tomato dal. Tomato dal is a healthy and comfort Indian food prepared using lentils. The ingredients required for tomato dal preparation are toor dal, tomatoes, onions, garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and oil or ghee.

where you learned it?

I learned how to prepare tomato dal from my grandmother, who enjoys sharing such recipes. I observed her while preparing it and noted steps to be done, which I carried out on my side.

how to cook it?

First, I boil the toor dal by washing it in water along with the addition of turmeric powder until it is softened. In a pan, I heat some amount of oil/ghee by adding some mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the heated oil/ghee in the pan. When they are done spluttering, I add some amount of garlic, curry leaves, and onions to the pan along with some salt to it in the pan. I cook them until the onions are softened and turn light brown in color. Finally, I add some tomatoes to them along with some spices to make them soft by adding the toor dal to the mixture.

and tell if this is an easy dish to cook or not?

Personally, in my opinion, tomato dal isn’t a very tough recipe to make. Though the recipe isn’t very complex, it does have some elements of timing and seasoning. But once you have some experience under your belt, it becomes very easy to make.
