When and where was it?

I was invited to a lavish party last month by my friend. He was throwing the party as he was promoted in his job and also became a father. It was a barbeque party held in the huge backyard of his home. All the foods were made on the barbeque and were accompanied by drinks.

Who organised the party?

The part was organized by a renowned chef of the country and also my friend. My friend is a food blogger and YouTuber. He travels to different countries of the world and tries new and local delicacies. He always had a dream to host a barbeque party and try different barbeque foods. Last time he was in japan trying their local delicacies. The video had almost a million views.

What were the arrangements made?

The party had live music and the backyard was decorated. His wife is an interior decorator. She made the arrangements and the decoration. There were many barbeque pits and ovens. There were different sections for meat lovers and also vegetarians. They had chicken wings, prawns, whole chicken, fish, and many more items. In the vegetarian section, they had panner, mushrooms, potatoes, sweet corn, pineapple, etc. In drinks, the party had mocktails and fruit juices. there were hard drinks for those who preferred. There were several waiters serving food and drinks. It was a gorgeous party.

Did you enjoy it?

The whole cooking process was shown to the guests by the organizers. We also gained a lot of knowledge about cooking. I met a lot of people who had a similar headspace to me and therefore, expanded my circle.

How was your overall experience?

Overall, I enjoyed and liked the party very much and the quality time that I spent was extremely worth it as well. The overall experience was an extremely good one and will always remain embedded in my memories.

When and where was the party?

Recently, I was invited to a barbeque party for the first time which is why it had to be a big deal for me. Being a food lover, I have an excessive urge to always look out for the kind of food delicacies. Food always delights my appetite while also complementing my taste palette. As soon as I reached the place, I could hear the live loud music and I could see that people were very excited about the party.

Who organised it?

We all were supposed to get in line for the food and somebody handed over a beer to me. After we had our food, everyone started dancing and enjoying themselves. The party was organized by a friend of mine from my college. The thing that I enjoyed the most about my barbeque party was that everyone was enjoying and completely immersed in having fun. When it came to food, there were a lot of options and it was quite difficult to decide which one to pick first.

What were the arrangements made?

We had a lot of different kinds of food- hotdogs, bratwurst, potato salad, different kinds of meat, and everyone’s favorite – fried chicken. There were a lot of vegetarian options as well considering those who had different eating habits. The buffet system was very comfortable for everyone to get hold of because each one of us could take as much as we wanted or adjust the portion according to our appetite.

Did you enjoy it?

All the guests were also playing a lot of games while waiting for their food and there is nothing better than enjoying a good game after soaking up completely in the sun and cooking meat in the heat flames already. Honestly, not everybody likes this kind of game but overall, it was a fantastic experience for someone who went to a barbeque party for the first time.

How was the overall experience?

It was a good experience in terms of food as well because everyone likes a different thing to eat. Overall, the event was quite fun and there was a lot to be social about. We kept on having a lot of conversations about family, friends, and everything related to the future as well. A barbeque party is a great way to spend time with your friends.

When and where was the party?

I vividly remember that it was a Friday evening and I had just finished work. I was invited to a party and with the food bag in my hand, I drove to the other side of the town where the party was scheduled to be held. Everyone seemed quite interested and invested in their conversations. Not a lot of people resided in the neighborhood so it was quite weird to see such a huge number of people turn up for the party.

Who organised it?

The party was organized by one of my colleagues. Then I went up to the hosts and exchanged greetings. I am not so sure if we understood the conversation that we were having but I believe it went pretty well because everyone smiled at me by the end of the conversation. We all then went inside the house and had a little bit of a chatting session where I told my friends about various life updates before they could get their hands dirty on the grill.

What were the arrangements made?

Everyone started grabbing their food from the grill and brought it to the dinner table. While we were eating, the host told us that there would be an announcement after dinner. We were all very intrigued about the kind of announcement it would be and later on, we found out that two of our very close friends announced that they were getting engaged.

Did you enjoy it?

We were extremely happy for them and I genuinely cannot wait to see how it all turns out. We were happy because they’ve been together for a very long time and now that they are engaged, it is a very big thing for all of us because they are stepping into a new journey in their lives.

How was your overall experience?

Overall, it was a memorable night because of the environment that we had. The food was splendid, we also had a DJ who tuned up the environment a bit and of course, the announcement acted as a cherry on top.
