The two line graphs provided as part of the task present and contrast information regarding various foods consumed by Germans between 1945 and 2010. In a summary, it is noted that Germans consumed largely milk, cream, and fresh vegetables during the time period. A cursory glance at the data reveals that, between 1945 and 1970. Germans consumed a lot of total milk, cream, and liquid whole milk on a weekly basis—roughly 3 liters per person. It should be noted that no skimmed milk was eaten throughout that time.

By 1999, vegetable consumption had increased to 160, with some fluctuation in the final year, and fruit consumption had risen to 160. It is evident that during that time, while the consumption of skim milk increased, that of whole milk, cream, and liquid whole milk dropped. In 1945, people consumed 2.3 liters of milk and cream on a weekly basis. This amount fluctuated over time, reaching an average of 2 liters per person per week in 2010.
