Online and computer games are hugely popular among students today. Some critics claim that since these games have no educational value, it should be against the law for kids to play them in class. I can't say that I completely concur with this viewpoint. Games should not be prohibited in my opinion because they do provide some advantages, some of which are educational. The length of time that students can play these games, nevertheless, should be restricted by teachers.

Starting off, technological devices are a huge source of fascination for young people. They engage in gaming whenever they have the chance. This is undoubtedly problematic because students' health and academic achievement are impacted when they play internet games for extended periods of time. Additionally, they can improve their cognitive and problem-solving abilities by playing online games. When played in moderation, these games, which demand intense concentration, can actually help children's brain growth. However, it's crucial that teachers restrict the amount of time kids spend playing these games. According to studies, using a computer or gaming console for extended periods of time can lead to eyestrain, headaches, and a host of other health issues. Additionally, youngsters who play video games too much may become distant and avoid interacting with their peers, friends, and neighbours. This will undermine their self-esteem and take their focus away from their schoolwork. As a result, gaming should only be allowed seldom. In conclusion, since online games teach and amuse children, schools shouldn't prohibit them. However, it's crucial to restrict how much time kids spend playing online games.

People are still debating whether or not to forbid students from playing video games at school in the present era. While some individuals contend that the benefits of playing online games outweigh the drawbacks. In my opinion, schools ought to outlaw playing online games while in session. As I analyse both sides of the debate in this essay, I will talk about the elements supporting my position. First and foremost, there are a variety of drawbacks that kids may encounter when playing computer games, such as time wastage and a lack of physical activity.

People who are addicted to playing video games on their computers may not have enough time for their academics and will likely develop obese in later life. They will also miss out on the chance to develop relationships with their peers and family members. In order to provide pupils with a better learning environment, it is advised that internet gaming be prohibited in schools. On the other hand, some people contend that educational video games help students learn. For instance, some online games might increase pupils' brain activity and aid in their familiarisation with technology. They get much-needed rest playing online games. Additionally, playing online games might help them develop their cognitive and problem-solving skills. These highly demanding games can actually stimulate children's brain development when used sparingly. Teachers must, however, set time limits for how long students can play these games. Computer games, while somewhat more appropriate for older children, are not suggested for younger children. Mainly due to the potential harm they might do to a child's physical and mental development. In conclusion, regardless of the pupils' ages, schools ought to outlaw all online and computer games. It is also believed that governments can establish laws to restrict computer usage in order to create a generation of educated citizens. Parents are viewed as having the primary duty for regulating their children's computer use.
