While others claim that they shouldn't be involved in such a significant topic. The way in which employees might influence a company's decision-making will also be covered in this essay. Employees are the ones with better insights and knowledge of the company. It is one of the compelling grounds for including them in the decision-making process. For instance, different people may have various views and thoughts that could result in various approaches to the same problem. Companies can also save money, time, and resources if they involve their staff in the development process. Employees can help the organisation grow inclusively because they are the organisation's planners.
