Having employees work overtime or taking their work home is counterproductive, and companies would be well served to discourage this practice. On some occasions, this policy is more beneficial for the company than requiring employees to be rested and refreshed when they report to work.

Despite my general agreement with it, I think the company has more to gain by taking employees away from leisure time. The conventional business practice of discouraging employees from working long hours or taking work home benefits the company. As well as providing opportunities for friends and family time, breaks from work can greatly enhance your enjoyment of outside interests and activities.

The employees who take time for themselves and their family will find themselves more refreshed . Therefore, they have a different perspective on the challenges they face at work when they return to work. It is both these factors that help people stay focused on the task at hand and increase their effectiveness. Despite this, every organization knows that crucial deadlines and other crisis situations are a constant worry. Especially when a company's success or failure could depend on overtime work, a company should ask its employees to work overtime. Further, the company should reward devoted employees appropriately-not for the sake of promoting workaholic behavior, but to foster loyalty and goodwill.However companies do not like work from home because doing tasks at home restricts the efficiency of the workers. Moreover the noises in the surroundings also affect the employee and its working conditions. Work from home also has certain disadvantages as it affects the health of the employee.

Moreover, the company should promote loyalty and goodwill by rewarding devoted employees appropriately rather than contributing to workaholism. There are, however, circumstances when it is appropriate to ask employees to work overtime, especially when the company is at high risk.

Moreover ,with the fear of unemployment in this unstable economic environment, people have become busier, so working overtime is not new today. Thus neither employers nor employees benefit from this working method, in my opinion. In the event that employees work longer hours or bring work home, productivity would be negatively affected.

The feeling of exhaustion is universal after working for nearly half a day. Employees cannot do their tasks efficiently when they are tired, which also affects their productivity on the following days. Workers cannot escape distractions when they take work home, especially children, and housework. They are incapable of concentrating on one specific task and are unable to work 100 percent on a particular task, which could lead to an unwanted accident.

Employees' mental health is also adversely affected by this working method as well as their physical health. Their leisure activities and family time are impacted by the amount of time they spend at work. Their neglect of their children will result in their children becoming spoiled because of the lack of care they provide. Additionally, companies must still pay employees for extra hours they work despite the unproductivity of their employees. Furthermore, employees who work extra hours or take work home receive more money as bonuses as a result of more work accomplished. Although workers may get more salary by this method, they must risk their own health and ultimately are required to pay even more for health checkups.

My conclusion is that working extra hours or taking work home absolutely outweighs its small advantages. It is, therefore, beneficial for both employees and companies to discourage such working practices.

As science and technology develop, the trend of working at home is increasing. People want to more often like to work from home than going to the office. There is a serious discussion of whether employers and employees can benefit from this phenomenon. It is in the best interest of employers for employees to work from home instead of going to the workplace.

It is easily argued that employers are able to make more profit from it. The first thing that employers can gain from working at home is that it can save them a lot of time and money. Due to this employers do not have to provide them with parking places for their cars, stationary for their daily use, or other necessities. Thus, the employers also save a lot of money. Additionally, employees who work from home are more productive and efficient.

Designing websites requires a comfortable and creative working environment, specifically for people who work in that field. Due to the fact that everyone has their own unique requirements, the company may be unable to provide such an environment. Consequently, working from home is more rational for employees since they can work in an environment that suits them best.

By doing so, they will be able to create a fantastic website and come up with other extraordinary ideas. A study has shown that people who work from home are more likely to spend more time on their jobs. Employees would save both time and money by not waiting for the bus nor wasting time sitting in traffic congestion.Therefore, it would be beneficial to employers.

Senior managers may find it difficult to control the company's business when this occurs. Thus, employees will be discouraged from being motivated because their boss doesn't know how they're doing. It is important not to overlook the fact that employees will have less freedom in the office if there is more supervision. Thus, it can easily discourage employees. Personally, I believe employers can gain more benefits from allowing employees to work from home. Employees can work comfortably in such an environment and it can also lead to greater productivity and provide work balance to workers.
