Band 6 IELTS Essay

The use of televisions in the classroom is now commonplace. Many people contend that watching TV when young kids are in school helps them study more successfully. As for the idea that televisions can aid pupils in learning more, I wholeheartedly concur. This article will first look at what particular TV channels might be helpful for students to learn.

And then it will look at how viewing TV at home might help kids feel less stressed. There are two key reasons why I think televisions are really good for kids. The biggest reason is that there are a tonne of educational TV channels available for students to watch, like National Geographic and Animal Planet. Both of which are quite fascinating to watch. According to me, this possibility might help students learn more about biology, a subject, in general. The stress that young people are susceptible to experiencing at school can be reduced by viewing TV. It is another factor to take into account. If a youngster, for instance, gets a poor grade in a specific topic, classmates will likely make fun of him or her. I'd contend that as a result, televisions could be helpful in some circumstances. However, I feel that we should discourage youngsters from watching TV all the time because it encourages a lack of activity in young people. Numerous studies have demonstrated that watching television causes people to become obese as well as inactive, which demonstrates this point. In spite of the fact that televisions have the potential to make kids less active, I believe that many schools offer physical education classes. In conclusion, even though it is true that watching TV makes people less active, I am convinced that kids learn better when they watch TV. Especially for the reasons I have mentioned above.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

Young people can learn more successfully while watching TV, according to a common claim made in recent years by many people. I absolutely agree with the idea that televisions can aid pupils in increasing their knowledge, even though they can sometimes cause people to become inactive. In this essay, I will first consider what particular TV channels might be helpful for students to learn. And then I will consider how watching television at home can lessen the stress of the kids.

My conviction that televisions are incredibly advantageous for kids is based on two key factors. The primary one is that there are a tonne of beneficial TV channels available for students to watch, including National Geographic and Animal Planet. Both of which are quite fascinating to watch and also provide insights to kids. The knowledge of students in one topic, specifically biology, must be greatly increased as a result of this possibility, in my opinion. It's also important to take into account how viewing TV can reduce the tension that kids may experience at school. Students will likely make fun of a youngster if, for instance, they obtained a poor grade in a specific subject. Therefore, I would contend that televisions might be helpful in some circumstances. However, since TVs promote youth to become less active, I think we should discourage parents from letting their kids watch them all the time. The numerous studies that have already demonstrated that watching television causes people to become obese and inactive may attest to this. Although watching television can make kids less active, I believe that many schools offer physical education classes. In conclusion, TVs can be a great learning tool for students. For reasons I've described above, I personally believe firmly that televisions have many advantages. And I hope that such a teaching strategy will be adopted by schools.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

The use of technology is growing daily in today's technologically advanced world, and children's interest in television is increasing. Some people think that television is an excellent learning tool. This is why they think that pupils should be permitted to watch it at home in addition to in school. The fact that it has so many detrimental impacts on the students, however, makes me completely disagree with this opinion.

This essay will explore the reasons why youngsters shouldn't watch television. There are a variety of reasons why kids should stay away from channels, to start. Although it is undoubtedly a valuable source of information. Yet the fact that it also offers a wide range of other programs in addition to educational shows raises the possibility that the youngsters may be drawn to them. They might, for instance, discover another cartoon channel while watching television than the discovery programme, which they would find more intriguing. Because of this, their attention may be drawn to certain programmes, which may be of lower value to them. Additionally, staring at a screen for an extended period of time is bad for health and can lead to a variety of problems. For instance, it has been shown from a survey that children who watch screens both at home and at school have vision problems. They experience issues with their headaches, vision, gaining strength, and other things. Watching TV encourages a sedentary lifestyle, which causes energy problems. Let's sum it by saying that kids today are easily drawn to television. This essay covered why it is inappropriate for children. I have to agree that everything is accessible, which is bad. It's okay to watch TV for little periods of time, but do it at home rather than at school. That television should be allowed in schools as well is something I vehemently disagree with.
