Band 7 IELTS Essay

While it is currently widely believed that well-known celebrities can have a good impact on international assistance initiatives. Others contend that their only contribution is to downplay the seriousness of the situation. Before forming any opinions, consider everything's advantages and disadvantages; I'll talk about both strategies. On one side, exploiting celebrities' notoriety to raise awareness of specific pressing issues is a useful tactic for campaigns, particularly humanitarian ones.

More specifically, a larger population can be reached by an organisation's campaign if it features a well-known celebrity. As the fan base will disseminate information in favour of their heroes. For instance, the singer Billie Eilish is well known for her environmental advocacy. If her fans agree to learn more about environmental issues, the singer will give them free tickets to her event. In addition, she released a catchy song that became popular around the world on how pollution is destroying the Earth. It is simpler to win everyone over by employing music. However, viewing the appearance of well-known entertainers as a PR gimmick also sparks a lot of debate. It's just that inappropriate behaviour by celebrities will have an impact on the programmes. Such as speeding, abusing drugs, or making foolish comments about other elements of life. In this situation, there is a good probability that the followers who are indifferent and the general people may undervalue or even boycott the aid programme. Miley Cyrus, for instance, is well known for her numerous initiatives to assist the LGBT population. However, her perspective on Liam Hemsworth's marriage to her after their divorce has destroyed the positive perceptions of the LGBT community in society. I would proceed cautiously when selecting a well-known figure to represent my campaign because, in my opinion, all sides are correct. We should choose a celebrity who fervently supports the main principle. Rather than one who pursues fame and fortune because we cannot control what that person will do.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

There is no question that the international relief organisation contributes to the solution of global issues. While some individuals think that the assistance of famous people can be used to expose difficulties. However, others disagree with this idea since they think that famous people can devalue the issues. In this paper, I'll present both viewpoints and provide my own, along with an illustration. Some believe that when famous people discuss a global issue, the queries get little attention.

There have been a few instances where major issues were disregarded as people concentrated in other directions. It diminished the significance of the main goals. One Hollywood celebrity, for instance, financed medical charities that provided aid to youngsters from low-income families. But the media and people focused more on inconsequential matters than on helping to resolve the real problems. On other occasions, instead of focusing on the issue, individuals on social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook turned their attention to celebrities. To sum up, sometimes the welfare programmes' assistance is withdrawn as a result of the conduct of these well-known celebrities. Celebrities can certainly make any current affairs more visible. To exemplify, a well-known athlete recently said in a post-match sports presentation that he likes to drink healthy foods and drinks over ice-cold drinks. As a result, the stalks of businesses that make these soft beverages dropped from higher to lower levels. This demonstrates how a well-known celebrity's single comment can alter the perspective of his or her fans. It can lead to a greater emphasis on important events taken on throughout the world that demand human attention. People will be more likely to think about, express, and donate to such causes if such individuals promote global issues. In conclusion, I firmly believe that well-known athletes, actors, and actresses may support global aid organisations that support those in dire need.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

International non-profit organisations are crucial in drawing attention to social issues in many forums. Celebrities like actors, politicians, and cricket players rarely support causes. Reputable individuals can serve as brand ambassadors for those institutions to draw attention to and address the problem. I'll explain how stars can aid non-governmental organisations in presenting a problem in this essay, and I'll share my viewpoint at the conclusion.

On the one hand, many people contend that well-known individuals can have an impact if they work for these groups. Celebrities have large fan bases in both their personal and professional lives, therefore anything they endorse will have a significant impact on society. One such example is the assistance given to Helping Hands by Shah Rukh Khan, a well-known hero in India. In order to communicate the value of education for all children, he organised an event using his social media posts and media power. In addition, business titans like Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, and Bill Gates are also running their own non-profits to benefit society. Additionally, groups like the red cross and blue cross are bringing problems to the government to find a solution by utilising the support of those people. On the other hand, a small percentage of people believe that renowned persons are powerless to influence social concerns. They have the opinion that because everyone is preoccupied with their own lives, they are not followed or paid attention to. Few celebrities continue to project a bad image in society. If those celebrities advocate for any cause, the public and the government will form an incorrect image. In conclusion, if celebrities support international charitable groups, they can undoubtedly raise awareness of a problem on a global scale. Numerous well-known people ought to speak out, in my opinion, to bring the issues up on a global scale.
