Rules and regulations

Welcome to Bertram Lakeside Caravan Park. If you have your own caravan or campervan, costs are $35 per night plus $100 deposit. Your deposit will be returned only after the final day inspection to ensure that no rubbish is left on the site. To rent an on-site caravan, prices begin at $70 per night. We do not have permanent residents at this caravan park. The maximum staying period is three months.
All bookings can be made in person at the site office next to the main gate within the following times.

If you have already booked online, present your receipt of payment to Reception at the site office. All payments must be made in full before parking your caravan or moving into your on-site caravan. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the day you have paid for, please notify Reception at least two days in advance. During the months of July and August most sites and on-site caravans are completely booked out. We only guarantee your site for the days you have booked, but we will try our best to accommodate you and we sometimes have last minute cancellations.
For those who tow their own caravan, there is space for one car on the site. Any additional cars must be parked in the carpark. There is no charge for this.
No fires are to be lit anywhere in the caravan park, except outside flame cooking which must only be done in the cooking area. There are coin-operated barbecues which should be cleaned after use. There are power points in place for any other cooking appliances. Cooking is also permitted in kitchenettes inside caravans. Only connect to the electricity and water connections that are on your site.
Pets are allowed at the campsite, but they must be declared at the time of booking. Dogs are permitted to swim in the lake, but only in the dog area in front of the on-site caravan area, not from the sandy beach area.
