Topic: Beautiful Scenery IELTS Speaking Part 1
Is there any beautiful scenery in your hometown?
Answer: I was born and brought up in a metropolitan city. The city was full of sky-scrappers and high-end malls. The roads were always busy with people honking incessantly when stuck in traffic. When I was growing up, I sadly wasn’t much in touch with nature. But every once in a while my family used to drive a few hours away from the city to the suburbs and countryside to feel the freshness nature has to offer. To be able to feel the freshness and be one with nature was always a breathtaking experience.

Do you enjoy visiting places with beautiful views?
Answer: I’ve always been a traveler at heart. As a kid, my parents used to take me to various places with beautiful views and as I started growing up, my thirst to travel the world and see every beautiful place was amplified. I saved every penny I could for a getaway to a serene location with amazing views. With time, I started blogging about the various places I visited to inspire more people to visit those locations and inform the world about the hidden gems.

Do you like taking pictures of beautiful scenery?
Answer: Since I had a thirst for traveling independently, I learned skills that I could put to use while I’m traveling to pay for my trips. I learned photography and Videography online to narrate my adventures better and make them more appealing. Pretty soon, I realized that I had unlocked my passion and delved deeper into editing and content creation. My travel experiences became even more enriching through my photography skills. I managed to take spectacular shots and soon many travel enthusiasts started engaging with my travel journey. I was given several platforms where I could narrate my travel experiences through the pictures I had captured. The pictures enhanced my storytelling and made my experiences more authentic.

Do you like staying in hotels with beautiful views?
Answer: In my opinion, everyone would unanimously say a “Yes!” to this. But the next question that comes to people’s minds is regarding affordability. Usually, hotels that are able to place themselves at a location where one can get an amazing view from the room, usually are in high demand and are also expensive to maintain. Most people can only afford such hotels once in a while with good budgeting. Since I'm an avid traveler, I prefer to stay at pocket-friendly hotels and enjoy the place by indulging in all the various activities. But, given a chance to stay in hotels with beautiful views, I would love to!

Do you think cities are beautiful?
Answer: With more and more people going to cities to find better employment opportunities, cities are getting overcrowded. Cosmopolitan cities have their own appeal with spectacular buildings, modern infrastructure, and a high standard of living. And for many people, that’s beautiful, how these cities are structured. But the scenic beauty which nature has to offer is completely different and I don’t think we can draw a comparison between these two views. Beautiful is a relative term and many people do find cities beautiful with tonnes of things to explore. Personally, I enjoy the beauty of nature and try to be as close to nature as possible.
