Band 7 IELTS Essay

Millions of individuals around the world are now overweight despite the fact that health care services have advanced greatly in this century. This essay's objectives are to look at the causes of these issues and offer some solutions that might work. Unhealthy eating habits are undoubtedly one of the most significant causes of the rise in average weight among people.

Sadly, the majority of people are increasingly ignoring traditional meals made with natural ingredients. The mass-produced, high-cholesterol, chemically enhanced fast food, on the other hand, seems to be the more alluring alternative nowadays. Primarily because it helps people save time. People's health is negatively impacted by this inclination, especially when it is consumed in excess. Additionally, people's sedentary lifestyles may be to blame for this issue. The allure of idleness outweighs the fact that most people in modern society are too preoccupied with their jobs to set aside enough time for exercise. Such inactivity results in losing cognitive energy and getting out of shape. In fact, there are numerous ways to combat this. First and foremost, individuals need to know more about nutrition and its effects. They may change their minds about what to consume if they have a greater grasp of the harmful effects of junk food. Furthermore, the government's contribution to raising the population's level of fitness is significant. Wide-ranging repercussions may result from restricting foods of unknown origin and banning the advertising of unhealthy foods. Additionally, fat people must include more physical activity in their daily lives, which means they must finish it before the day is over. In conclusion, it is believed that the sedentary lifestyle and bad meals are the main causes of the decline in people's health. However, there are some approaches that can be employed to lessen the intensity of this issue that contemporary individuals must deal with.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

The prevalence of overweight people has been noted everywhere. And some have suggested that this problem could be solved by increasing the cost of fatty meals. This assertion, which will be examined in this essay before a logical conclusion, is one with which I personally agree.

This issue is a serious one in terms of health. First and foremost, individuals would be forced to buy whatever they wanted to eat due to the exorbitant cost of fast food. It is very possible that the restriction on food buying would result in them consuming less food on a daily basis. Their diet may be adequately managed, for example, if they avoided purchasing numerous fattening foods. Additionally, there is a very strong link between healthy eating and economic cost because it helps people meet their nutritional needs. Therefore, the policy maker must likewise demand that retailers of healthy foods lower their prices while raising those of bad items. This would compel individuals to look for inexpensive items.

On the other hand, if the cost of their fattening food increases, obese persons may also attempt to control their consumption. They must allocate their funds so that they can pay for other essentials in addition to their food expenses. It implies that the government must shift its emphasis away from food and toward other things. Additionally, one of the most crucial things for the government to manage is the general state of society's health. In order to determine the cost of fast food in their area, economic sectors and policy makers should work together persistently.

However, despite the fact that instant foods are consistently offered by a variety of markets. The price might be effectively managed to drive away the vast majority of customers by charging a high price. Additionally, the ideal option for maintaining a stable health would be the reduction in the cost of healthy foods. As I've said before, reducing the expense of living, particularly in relation to food, will encourage obese people to eat more.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

It is really concerning that average weights are rising all around the world. On the other side, there is a progressive decline in the level of physical health and fitness. Lack of exercise is the primary cause of weight gain.

The two most important elements for preserving excellent health and preventing weight gain are regular exercise and a nutritious diet. In the current world, the majority of individuals have adopted a relaxed attitude. Over time, a sedentary lifestyle contributes to weight increase and grave medical issues. Stress is another element that contributes to obesity. For instance, employees of global corporations frequently have to put in extra hours, which causes a great deal of mental stress. Lack of exercise due to working overtime also results in overweight or obese individuals. According to recent studies, eating a solid, balanced diet and exercising regularly are the greatest strategies to maintain a fit and healthy physique. Healthy food can aid in weight loss, but it must be consumed in large quantities. Ironically, eating too much healthy food can make you gain weight and may even be bad for your health.

Additionally, rising food prices, such as those for butter and dairy products, have an impact on low-income families and restaurant owners. Restaurants and bakeries must purchase significant quantities of dairy products, sugar, and salt to prepare meals. Therefore this implementation will only hurt their companies' profits.

Keeping active regularly promotes youth and fitness. For best health, exercise for at least an hour, such as cardio or weightlifting, four times a week. Meditation and yoga are helpful for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In order to maintain optimum health, a nutritious diet is also required. Fast food is popular among the majority of people in Western nations. In addition to making one obese, it also increases bad cholesterol, which worsens major cardiac conditions.

Finally, "health is riches." We can avoid obesity and health issues by engaging in regular exercise and eating a healthy diet. People who don't have time for regular exercise will inevitably visit hospitals at some point.
