Over the centuries, mankind has evolved dramatically. The health of humans is predicted to deteriorate in the future. I strongly agree with this line of thinking, as pollution is affecting the basic resources in major cities. There is a correlation between the biggest cities in the world and the most polluted cities.

There is a decline in air quality caused by industries and vehicles. As a result of pollution in the air, harmful substances can enter the body and cause disease. There has already been evidence that breathing this air increases lung cancer risk. The dangers of living in major centers are growing as a result. Furthermore, harmful substances are being dumped into rivers and other water sources after companies reject them. There would be no life without water, which is vital for many bodily functions. Poor quality water is consumed by even people who live outside large cities without their knowledge. This can have adverse effects on their health over time or even immediately. Depending on the chemical composition of the water, heavy metals may accumulate within a variety of organs, causing them to shut down over time. There are many health risks associated with drinking polluted water. In conclusion, humanity's evolution came with dangerous consequences and our pollution levels outgrew control. In spite of the fact that some organizations are trying to raise awareness about this topic, it may be too late. The health of future generations could be endangered by some damages that can't be reversed. The majority of office workers use public transportation to get to work, work in air-conditioned offices, eat junk food for lunch, with minimal physical activity. Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis and other long-term health problems result from such a lifestyle. In the current situation, it is so scary to think what the future will hold for such a work-life imbalance. There will be more work, and a bleak future for employees and employers due to cutthroat competition. Increasingly mechanical lifestyles will be the norm. In addition to work, people will also spend more time on social networking and peer pressure to be in touch online, which negatively impacts their family life.

In order to live a healthy life, it is important to take care of our health. It is predicted that the average standard of health will deteriorate in the future. In my opinion, this is a valid point of view. As fast food becomes more popular and stress in people's everyday lives increases, I believe people will have decreased health.

Fast food consumption on a daily basis contributes significantly to health degeneration. Currently, even young people are exhibiting this behavior. Fast food chains, for instance, are located throughout the country, facilitating easy access to these foods and encouraging their consumption on a daily basis. Since fast food products contain high salt and sugar contents, people are prone to diseases related to cardiovascular disorders. Additionally, stress-related disorders have also become more common in recent years. We all complain about being stressed every day. Mental and physical disorders are likely to develop in individuals who are constantly exposed to stress in their environment. An employee who is overworked often experiences headaches and stomachaches. The average health standard of an individual will decrease in the future, as I agree with the argument. Even though some people are becoming aware of the health issues, growing consumption of fast food and stress will lead to decline in people's health standards. Though both sides have valid arguments, the factors that may adversely affect people's health in the future are far outweighed. As a result, I agree with the statement that youth will be less healthy and fit tomorrow than they are today. As the population grows and more tech-savvy and capable workers become available, this trend is expected to accelerate. There will be a lot on the line in the coming years when it comes to physical and mental health.

Currently, we are debating whether our health standards are improving or deteriorating as we move forward. The average level of people's health is likely to decline, but others believe that with advancements in medicine, the next generation will have a better life. Standard of health is dynamic and results from a lot of factors, some of which may be unprecedented. It is difficult to take sides because health standards are dynamic and depend on a lot of factors. It was never expected that a pandemic like COVID-19 would last so long and affect so many countries. Several studies have shown that most jobs have become sedentary and moving has become less necessary over the past few years.

Life has become even more sedentary since the Work-From-Home era began. As a result of the virus' fear, people have restricted modern society to become completely digitized. And even the most basic needs can be ordered online. Further these can be delivered to our doorstep, eliminating the need to leave the house and avoiding any of their movements and social interactions. Exercise and physical activity are lacking in this society, resulting in a lethargic attitude. Youth obesity is a result of unhealthy eating habits that are very common among the youth. Work environments that are desk-oriented will increase the likelihood of obesity and poor fitness triggering a wide array of health conditions. In contrast, it may be argued that today's youth are becoming increasingly conscious about their body image. Thus, they are taking healthier measures to improve their health. Despite being confined to four walls, the pandemic has also encouraged many people to prioritize their health. People are now more enthusiastic about exercising at home than ever before, when previously only a few people would frequent the gym regularly. Moreover, people are living longer as a result of modern technology .Medical science would not be able to accomplish this without advancements. In today's world, there are more health problems than ever, but there are also cures.
