One can get in touch with another person through a smartphone at any time or at any place for our work or for our own personal affairs. This has made our life so easy. Using a cell phone to talk continuously during work hours and personal affairs has many advantages as well as disadvantages.
There are several advantages to using mobile phones to answer calls from work and professional affairs. Firstly, mobile phones play a vital role in communicating any type of message or information from one source to another source within a second. That helps to increase the efficiency of the work. And the best part of it is that it is the cheapest way of transformation of the message. Secondly, It plays a crucial role in human life, as it helps to maintain the relationship between work and personal affairs. One can communicate with their family members while working at the office. For example, if someone is in an emergency, then they can contact another person at the earliest to tackle the issue.
There are limitations to using mobile phones for a regular period of time as most of the people in the world are fully dependent on the mobile phone. First, many people use a lot of mobile phones during work hours to communicate with their friends and family. Which may lead to delay in work and distracts the employees from their work. Which may lead to loss of work. Another limitation is it reduces social attachment. People only talk through phone calls or messages, instead of meeting each other.
The point of a conclusion is that the positive effects of using a mobile phone. And answering calls to communicate with one another exceeds the limitation of the same. But, people should not use mobile phones so frequently. And try to reduce the usage of mobile phones while doing any important work and should also try to maintain some social relations with people.

People use their mobile phones to answer phone calls at any place and at any time. There will be both negative and positive impacts on society as well as individuals.
There are a number of drawbacks of answering phone calls on a great frequency. These calls may disturb and sometimes irritate the person that leads to mental stress and can affect your daily life and health. For example, An early morning call may disturb the person's sleep which may lead to many diseases. And in case the same thing occurs again and again. Then it may become a serious health issue and using a mobile phone for answering calls may lead to a hearing problem. Eyesight problems and headaches, so using mobile phones for repeated answers will become one of the major health issues. And nowadays everybody needs a little bit of privacy, so by answering calls, their privacy will be reduced and important information can be leaked. Talking a lot on mobile phones may change your daily schedule and one will not be able to enjoy quality time with their loved ones.
On the other hand, it always has some pros. People that do not live with their family members can talk to their family through cell phones at any time. Especially in the case of a pandemic, many people were not able to come back to their homes due to the lockdown. So at that time many people communicated daily with their family members through calls. One can get the needed help from their close friends by just answering the call. And can share their issues with each other and try to resolve it and we can connect with one another.
Looking at all the pros and cons of answering phone calls at any time may affect people's lives. The limitations should not be overlooked. Mobile phones are the best way to communicate with each other, but they should be used in a proper way.

On one hand, using a mobile phone to communicate has various advantages like- one can easily contact the person through phone calls in any part of the world. And in this pandemic time, most of the business is done through mobile phones only as meeting together. And gathering was not possible in the lockdown phase, so the buyer and seller do the business activity through phone calls only. They are the best source to convey important information in just a minute. In the present era, it is next to impossible to do a business or run any company without answering phone calls. For example, if the delivery boy of amazon faces any kind of issue in finding the address of the customer. Then the first thing he does is to call the person to whom he has to deliver. Answering phone calls also helps in maintaining the bonding between two people by talking to each other.
On the other hand, there are some cons that a person should keep in mind while communicating through mobile phones. Answering phone calls to handle personal affairs between the work will lead to mistakes in work. And will take more time to complete the work, this may create chaos between employer and employee.
