Advances Women Have Made In Education but Continue To Be At A Disadvantage IELTS Writing Task 2 IELTS Writing Task 2 is an essay topic which has 3 sample answers. Topic: In spite of many advances women have made in education and employment, they continue to be at a disadvantage when it comes to pay and promotion. In your view, what should be done to promote equality of opportunity for men and women in the workplace?

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Some suggest that, even though women workers make substantial contributions, they still potentially experience unequal compensation and advancement opportunities.

I advocate for equal opportunity: women must assume additional roles, and society should esteem their accomplishments on par with those of men. In the pursuit of closing the gender pay gap, a company must prioritize: allowing its female employees to assume more significant roles within its structure.

Primarily, male employees bear the responsibility for a range of tasks: customer meetings; IT projects - even decision-making. In the fashion industry, companies pay women more than men; this compensation disparity reflects the extensive time and effort required for tasks such as raw material selection and new product launches. This implies: not only do they augment their income; indeed, over the long term--they ascend the rungs of a professional career. Furthermore, we should not only hold women accountable but also acknowledge their contributions. Employers can achieve this by not only permitting women to present and implement their ideas in company meetings and presentations on par with men; but also, they should actively encourage such involvement.

This advancement-centric provision amplifies the company's growth opportunities: it fosters higher salaries and cultivates a streamlined working environment with reduced staffing. In the marketing department, both male and female team members receive encouragement to contribute significantly towards campaigns targeting diverse customer segments; this includes customers of all genders. From my perspective, I assert that two effective methods to ameliorate the gender gap in the labor market are: firstly--increased recognition for female staff; secondly--assigning them with additional responsibility.

Women today have greater options to further their education and get good jobs than males did previously. Nonetheless, they could tackle many problems associated with gender inequality in the workplace, such as low pay, difficulty in advancing, and other factors that limit their ability to excel in their industries. As a result, it must make a concerted effort to achieve greater equality. No one can deny the fact that the government could take the lead by promoting the same number of men and women in parliament. It can encourage the confidence of women employment in companies as well as give their competition to become normal. So that we can establish socially progressive models and reduce gender inequality in the world.

A better example is that many billionaires themselves are women, and this is convincing evidence of women's abilities. However, this process requires patience and time, as it requires a lot of effort and takes a considerable amount of time to show results.

It could also be argued that the ranks and average earnings of men and women would be published by organizations and researchers in order to clarify the current situation and promote fair wages in society.

Productivity, in our contemporary landscape, assumes an important role; 'equal work of equal value' emerges as one strategy to foster workplace equality. Still, many articles only partially depict the problem through some of their numbers; therefore, critical thinking is crucial when reading. Governments must actively lead by example to attain gender equality; concurrently, both workers and employers need to proactively take action. Gender pay reporting also elicits concerns: notably--the accuracy and transparency of such reports. Navigating this journey proves extraordinarily challenging; nevertheless, the end result justifies all efforts.

Recently, this issue has been brought into focus through the promotion of equal opportunities for men and women in the workplace. That's why there is more equality between working men and women today. In this case, I think you can approach the problem constructively. One thing that is very important is that society can harness the power of women.

They may stand out for their intelligence, flexibility, and other traits. In the past many kings chose such queens. It helps influence the prosperity and expansion of the country. In the past, My Nguyet was considered a queen who unified her territory and developed China's economy. Incidents like this are happening now as more women are promoted to leadership positions. This will have far-reaching implications for the promotion of equality, particularly the role of women in society through numerous promotions and opportunities. The most familiar example of this is National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan who was a part making useful policies for Vietnamese citizens.

On the other hand, it spends a lot of time with women that is so important for them in the family's mother role such as nurturing and teaching a child. It seems quite clear that women have special factors not only in the family but also in society day by day. Apart from this, another aspectis promote the same numbers of men and women. The immediate result is produces women are paid the same salaries as men. That is why, more and more women become richer, famous businesses. It can be explained that they do better and promote fairly. Mrs Tang Thanh Ha, Ho Ngo Ha and Ms. Tong Khanh Linh are generally as an example of successful women, with great finance and investment plans.
