My name is Neil. My position with your organisation is that of a senior data analyst. I'm writing to you to formally request a new fax copy machine so that it would be simple for me and my team to fax documents immediately. The old machine is sluggish and can no longer support many of the features. We require a new machine with advanced characteristics.

It must be capable of printing, collating, connecting, scanning, and mailing. These are the principal prerequisites. Our ability to complete our tasks more quickly and efficiently with the aid of a new computer with advanced capabilities will be substantially enhanced. The current device no longer prints or scans documents. The marketing team's fax machine has been used by us for the last two weeks. Our ability to organise our time and be productive have been severely impacted. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am working as a cashier in your bank. I am writing this letter to complain about the cash machine. The cash machine is not working properly hence my work has slowed down. The line of customers waiting has become longer.

The customer waiting to withdraw their money has been complaining about a long time of need. Our bank is one of the busiest and daily hundreds of people are coming to redeem their cash. I have been playing an effective role in this bank. My workload has increased due to the failure of this equipment. Unfortunately, there are some technical issues that must be corrected. Due to this fault, the display of the cash machine is not showing the correct account of the cash. Hence I have started to count the cash manually. This is taking much more time than required and customers have to wait a long time. A long time and new customers have the patience to wait for so long and immediate replacement or repair means this cash machine can improve the situation. Or a new machine on an urgent basis would help in enhancing the work. Hoping for your prompt action regarding this issue.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the antimicrobial water dispenser. We have been using this filter for the last few months.

But over the past few weeks, it shows an alarming increase in the number of viral infections in our office. Though I am not a medical professional, and I also don’t have any evidence to prove my point, I believe our existing water dispenser is responsible. The dispenser is quite functional, but it needs our urgent replacement with an updated model.

The new model of the same machine will come with anti-microbial function properties along with added minerals facilities. This would be helpful to protect the health of our employees. Employees were contributing to the growth and development of our company. We would be delighted if you approve the purchases of the order of the machine soonest.
