Dear Sir/Madam,
As we previously stated, I was thinking about the project I worked on in Project C last year and attempting to figure out how I might better my task accomplishments this year.
If my memory serves me well, I believe I was in charge of the project's infrastructure, such as the IT system, which was quite difficult given my lack of knowledge. In actuality, I was primarily concerned with people who only spoke English and lived in the United States.
This year, I would want to implement some fresh ideas for my career. To begin, I plan to take a French course in order to attend our international clients from Europe, which I believe will be beneficial; as a result, I will be able to increase my numbers when it comes to new accounts because I will be able to communicate with consumers from Europe and other countries.
As a result, I'd want to know whether our firm could cover the costs of this French course because it has the potential to assist me leverage my obligations in order to provide better services to possible new clients.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Nitisha Sharma
Band 6.5 IELTS Letter
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
My name is Karen Smith. I work in the IVF department and I am a junior Embryologist. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the type of work given to me last year. I have included a post in the report form below and I want to share it.
As for my job description, I have completed the following tasks as part of my work plan which includes- Performing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), Embryo transfer, Embryo thawing and freezing and Denudation and Oocyte scanning. Since you have been informed that we have been hired to work according to our interests and strengths in SOP, there are a few measures I would request you to take which would help in upgrading our lab equipment and provide us with accurate results. First, a laser machine, enabling our patients to achieve and increase their chances of conception. Second, because we lack a module for storing patient samples, there is an additional tank suitable for storing liquid nitrogen.
Besides the points mentioned above, I would like to request to be allowed to engage in the hands-on training workshop which will be held at the Mayflower Hospital next month. I believe the same would help me in improving my skills. Moreover, I believe this would help me in understanding my own knowledge and further expand them along with the help of developing new skills as well. I hope I satisfied the roles endowed upon me last year, looking forward to hearing your inputs regarding the training request at the earliest.
Thank you,
Yours Faithfully,
Karen Smith
Band 7 IELTS Letter
Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this letter to present to you the annual report of the project I implemented last year. Precisely, I have been involved in two major food-related assessment projects for Suburban Australia and Melbourne City. I was responsible for constructing the 3D models of the area and a study of the damage assessment regarding the forecasted floods. For accuracy, our team drafted maps of area hazards with a gradation from the most perilous to the less affected ones.
During the Melbourne City Project, we ran into storage capacity issues while running a complex multi-parameter model. We were not able to coordinate this half of the project as the machine kept interrupting us by displaying a “Not enough memory” error message. Therefore, I would like to drop the suggestion of purchasing high-performance computing equipment in the next financial year as the computers that we currently use have limited memory in our department and cannot accommodate enough flood simulation data. This will significantly increase the execution time of the model because we will use various parameters such as soil type, precipitation, output flow, etc. In addition, I would like to apply for a two-week course on the latest findings on flood forecasting and key modeling parameters. I believe this course will help me modify our company models. Therefore, I request you to grant me an education leave in the month of August for this purpose. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
Yours Faithfully,
Stefano V (GIS analyst- cartographic department)
