Hi! What's up? I'm doing good, and I hope you're doing good too. My reason for writing this letter is to express my regret for being unable to visit you at your house and stay with you.
To be completely honest, I've been feeling so bad that I've put off writing to you. I am aware that you are waiting at home for me to arrive. I sincerely apologise for not visiting; in fact, I would have loved to meet with you, but I am unable to do so for a variety of reasons.
My work trip, which will take place the same week that I agreed to meet you, is the reason I won't be at your house. In fact, this trip is crucial to the advancement of my work because it enhances it. Given that I am a software developer, this trip will allow me to expand my knowledge. As a result, I will be unable to meet with you at your home.
Additionally, I will meet you when I return from that vacation because I will have some spare time during the next 10 days. Consequently, it gives us the chance to spend some uninterrupted time together. I send my best wishes and my apologies to your parents.
