Model Answer 1

The place you want to visit?

I am a travel freak and love to travel to new cities. Traveling and exploring is my passion and I try to visit new locations during my holidays in India. I am a photographer and my profession also demands new places. I have visited 11 countries to date but never got a chance to visit my dream location. Rome is the place that I dream of visiting one day.

What is the reason you chose that place to visit?

I have a relative who stays in Rome. He visits frequently and has told me a lot of stories describing how magnificent Rome is. I have read about Rome and seen videos that show the enchanting beauty of the city. This city is filled with rich and prosperous history. As an individual who is enamored with history books and historical places, I don't think there can be a more intriguing place for me to visit. It is an iconic place that portrays its culture and historical values. My favorite in Rome is The Vatican City. It is an autonomous city-state within the boundaries of Rome and is the physical and spiritual seat of the Roman Catholic Church. The mere thought of witnessing the historical monuments and architecture in and outside Rome gives me goosebumps. I have a passion for art and looking at impeccable artwork is once in a lifetime opportunity. The works of one of the greatest artist to have ever lived Leonardo Da Vinci is there in Rome.

When do you plan on visiting it and how?

My relative told me that he will be helping with the accommodation and the city tour. I plan to visit Rome once I finish my college education and have a little time to spare before joining a job. I have planned to go for a 10 days trip to Rome and also visit other countries in Europe. I have already started to save my money. This is a trip I will be eagerly waiting for.

Model Answer 2

The place you want to visit?

As traveling and experiencing new places is something I absolutely love, given this opportunity I would love to speak of an amazing place I wish to visit. It's London, the capital of the United Kingdom.

What is the reason you chose that place to visit?

There are numerous reasons for which I wish to visit London. The primary reason would be my interest in history and craftsmanship. London is one of the most multicultural urban communities on the planet. I've read how through a number of significant events the city became the focal point of history, craftsmanship, business, and economy. London is home to a lot of historical centres and workmanship displays, each having an alternate and special story associated with it. There are beautiful art galleries. I might even get lucky and get the chance to watch a show at the famous National Theatre. It would be like a dream come true - the immense thrill of watching a Shakespearean play at the National Theatre!

In addition to its rich historical background, London houses the most established underground railroad framework on the planet. To visit this vacation destination has been on my list for quite a while. A few particular places I would definitely visit are the London Bridge, National Art Gallery, and the British Museum. I've heard that the pastry kitchens in London offer a heavenly experience on the taste buds. I'd love to perceive what they have to bring to the table.

When do you plan on visiting it and how?

Since London is around 7000 km from where I stay, the only way of transport is via water and air. I'd opt for a flight any day because it takes less time and I’ll have more time to explore places. A flight is both financially and physically more convenient than a cruise journey.

Perhaps I can manage to visit London this very year during summer. Summer would be a good time to visit because the weather stays clear and in absence of the snow and cold, exploring would be more enjoyable. I don’t know who would go with me yet. I can plan either with my friends or my family.

The place you want to visit?

Since my childhood, I have always been fond of mountains and if I was given a choice to choose, I would always choose to go to the mountains. This place I would like to visit Manali. Last year my friend visited Manali and I came to know the beauty of the place.

What is the reason you chose that place to visit?

Manali is a destination that can be visited at any time of year, although summer is often considered to be the ideal time to visit. India is a tropical country, and the summers may be brutal. However, in contrast to the country's summer heat, this location offers visitors pleasant and restful weather. There are places to go on an adventure, like Solang Valley where one can attempt paragliding, one of the most thrilling adventure sports. The Solang Valley is known for adventure sports, with paragliding being the most popular. The birds-eye view and the cold, frigid air, without a doubt, will be the most unforgettable event of anyone’s life.

There is a place called Beas Kund. I have a feeling this would be the finest part of the trip because we would be walking and camping for two days. The hike along the Beas River, passing through lovely pinewoods and rugged terrain provides awesome views. One can camp there at night.

When do you plan on visiting it and how?

My brother and I are planning our two-week vacation so that we can make the most of it. We will book a train as we love traveling by train. It provides a great view of the terrain. We Indians have a particular place in our hearts for trains, and when we travel, we like to take them.
