All India Institute of Medical Sciences, or AIIMS, institutes are established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and are governed by the AIIMS Act. AIIMS in India cutoff is the minimum marks required to get admission to the All India Institutes of Medical Science. For AIIMS Delhi general category, the expected NEET cutoff score is 625. However, for SC and ST categories, the AIIMS Delhi expected NEET cutoff marks are 625 and 615 marks, respectively.
